When I arrived for my first appointment at your office, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and was called into see the dental hygienist right at my scheduled appointment time. I told her of my fears, and she reassured me that they would make sure I was numb before proceeding with any dental procedure that would be uncomfortable. An appointment was scheduled to have a tooth extracted and true to their word, everything went very smooth and they made sure I could not feel any pain.

I truly appreciate the friendliness, promptness, and concern the office staff and Dr. Witt give to their patients. It will never be my favorite thing to do, but I believe that at 72 I may have gotten over my fear of going to the dentist because of the care and concern your office provided me. –Virginia S.

While on vacation I lost a portion of my tooth. I contacted Dr. Witt’s office and made an appointment. He discussed my options and what he thought would last and work best for me. I decided on a crown after some discussion. Dr. Witt and his assistant put me at ease. Both are friendly but very professional, kind, and always asking if I was okay. Over the weekend I broke one of my front teeth above my gum line. The emergency room couldn’t do anything for me so first thing Monday morning my wife called Dr. Witt’s office. I was in a lot of pain so luckily they got me in immediately. The entire staff was very helpful and sympathetic to my pain. Dr. Witt’s office set me up with an appointment with an Oral Surgeon that morning. After surgery Dr. Witt fit me with a temporary fake tooth while I waited 6 months for my mouth to heal properly so I could receive my new permanent tooth. Over the course of those 6 months I made several visits to Dr. Witt’s office to check progress and make minor adjustments to my temporary tooth, and if I had any issues they got me in immediately. I was having some pretty severe pain from a cracked tooth. Dr. Witt told me he could save the tooth with a root canal. I was very leery as I already have a partial denture and feared with a new crown my partial may not fit. The root canal went very well. Afterward Dr. Witt spent a lot of time fitting my partial to my new crown and I was very pleased with all of his work. — Renee Lancaster
