Patient Billing

Witt Family Dentistry gladly accepts all major insurance policies, COBRA, and we are a Delta Dental Preferred Provider. Please bring your insurance card during your visit.

We accept credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and debit cards. Furthermore, we welcome your personal checks and cash.

Making sure you get the care you desire is very important to us. That’s why we’ll work with you to make sure your care fits into your budget and offer flexible payment plans through Care Credit Financing (6 and 12 months interest-free!).

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure.
